Forklift Hazard Perception Challenge

Mentor Training’s hazard perception challenges are fantastic learning tools for Counterbalance, Reach and PPT operators. The video-based challenges are designed to help improve hazard awareness and reinforce safe working practices in warehouse environments. Take a look at the video of the relevant truck type and try to spot as many hazards as you can. As you watch the video, jot down all potential hazards you see. Once you’ve identified them, fill in the form (on the same webpage) to gain instant access to the answer videos, so you can see how many you correctly identified and how many you missed. The videos were all filmed from the perspective of an operator in a working environment. During the first section, the operator is walking through a warehouse, and in the second section they are operating a truck. Best of luck!

National Forklift Safety Day 2026 Resource Center

Powerfleet’s National Forklift Safety Day 2026 Resource Center brings together insights, educational content, and interactive resources designed to help organisations improve forklift safety, reduce risk, and strengthen visibility across warehouse operations. Created to support National Forklift Safety Day on June 9, 2026, the page explores the evolving challenges facing safety leaders and highlights why compliance alone is no longer enough to prevent incidents on the warehouse floor. Featured resources include: – On-Demand Session: “Beyond the Checklist: Closing the Forklift Safety Visibility Gap”, hosted by Danial Gibson, Director of Solution Consulting at Powerfleet. In this 30-minute session, Danial tackles the question every safety leader is grappling with right now: why “compliant” no longer equals “safe” and what it takes to close the visibility gap on the warehouse floor and prevent incidents before they happen. – Spot the Hazards Challenge: A visual warehouse safety challenge that helps teams identify common hazards, unsafe behaviours, and operational risks. – Additional information, statistics, and guidance focused on forklift safety best practices, visibility, compliance, and risk reduction. This resource center is designed for warehouse operators, safety professionals, and logistics leaders seeking actionable ways to create safer, more efficient operations.

Trucklog AI-ALERT pedestrian safety camera system

The Trucklog AI-ALERT pedestrian safety camera system provides 360 degree warnings around MHE. Up to 4 cameras provide drivers with audible & visual alerts of nearby pedestrians without the need for wearable technology. Red & Amber detection zones are fully customisable per truck to prevent unnecessary alerts, and any alerts can be recorded to the onboard storage so incidents can be reviewed.
