Welcome to the MHE Incident Reporting Portal – the industry’s first dedicated platform for collecting information about incidents involving material handling equipment. We have launched this important resource to provide the sector with a straightforward, user-friendly method of reporting forklift accidents.
While this is not a whistleblowing exercise and no enforcement action will be taken (unless specifically requested), the portal allows us to identify targets for improving safety and ensuring our collective efforts are effectively targeted. It is open to everyone who works with MHE, from forklift operators to senior managers.
